With this policy, Marco Dessi sole proprietorship intends to inform users who visit the website “www.saruttaexperience.com” (hereinafter the “Website”) of the policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of Website visitors. Please carefully read our Privacy Policy which applies both when simply accessing the website and deciding to browse it using our services, without purchasing any product, and when deciding to make a purchase.

Browsing the website is free of charge and does not require any registration,except for some areas where users can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning themselves to access specifically identified services (to be able to proceed with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or information request, etc.). Therefore, if visitors intend to provide their personal data to access these additional services, they will be expressly informed pursuant to Legislative Decree dated 30 June, 2003, n. 196, “about the “Code regarding the protection of personal data” ””, (the “Code”) and about EU Regulation 679/2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” (the “Regulationwith indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Marco Dessì sole proprietorship, as well as of the right to request the erasure or updating of the data at any time. For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed a number of service providers involved in the management of the Website as external processors of users’ personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of the services provided by the Website, including product sales.

2. Types of personal data processed

No registration is required to access the Website. However, there are sections within the Website that require registration or the use of username and password (e.g. to register in the personal area, or complete the online purchase process), or services that require data to be used (e.g. your data may be required to access the newsletter services, to contact us, etc.).

3. Optional provision of personal data

The provision of personal data is generally optional. 11. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and the national legislation applicable to the case in question, to the extent that this legislation remains in force after the date of application of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The Regulation guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

 

12. Review clause

Marco Dessi sole proprietorship reserves the right to review, amend or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and / or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes to the rules of law or regulation on the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending emails to users registered on the Website and (ii) publication on the Home Page of the Website, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated.
