Owner of the renowned “Al Miele” restaurant, with decades of experience acquired abroad in the luxury catering sector, he is the very soul of Sa Rutta in terms of food, the choice of ingredients and the selection of wines.
Responsible for all Sa Rutta logistics, Marco is our “MacGyver”, thanks to his innate ability to solve problems of any kind!

Ettore Loi
Born in Muravera, Ettore is responsible for hiking activities in nature.
He knows the area like no other. He is a great mountain lover and, for him, these places have no secrets.
Ettore is a GAE Certified Guide (Environmental Hiking Guide) and is responsible for Sa Rutta’s guides: he will be your encyclopaedia in the area. He will introduce you to every detail and will take you to visit natural beauty spots so hidden and remote that not even the local inhabitants know they are there.
Specialised in grilling suckling pig!

Adriano Ribera
The Milanese member of the team. Born in Milan in 1973, he has been involved in tourism in harmony with nature for over 10 years. He is co-founder of Studio The Nest; a design and construction company of tree houses and modules for micro-hospitality. He imports and distributes the most innovative products for the camping and outdoor market in Italy.
He is one of the founding fathers of suspended campsites globally.
Project manager of Sa Rutta Experience, he deals with both marketing and business development aspects.
He takes care of relationships with brand partners, tour operators and suppliers.

For over 20 years, she has been involved in staff coordination for large companies in the telecommunications market.
Thanks to her strong communication skills, she is the social media manager of Sa Rutta.
Chiara also manages bookings and is in charge of the development of customised packages
She is also the mother of Cesare, a 10 year-old boy who has become the mascot of Sa Rutta Experience.
